I believe natural exercises (not using weights) are the best way to exercise. Now for some, this may be controversial and against conventional wisdom.
But personally, and through the research I have seen over many years, love handle exercises and routines coupled with interval training is the best possible way to get fast results

I follow a very simple routine but I also say there are many good routines to follow. There is more than one correct way to a beautiful mid-section.
But the best one by far, from my personal experience is this one.
Remember four numbers: 8, 12, 20, 4.
8 seconds of intense bursts (sprinting, push-ups, sit-ups, bridges, hindu squats, skipping)
12 seconds rest
20 minutes of repeating this routine (8 seconds fast, 12 seconds rest repeatedly).
Do this routine, varying it for fun, excitement and best results for 4 times per week.

This produces brilliant short term and long term results. Research shows that interval training with love handle exercises can sculpt your body, provide some massive huffing and puffing so your aerobic capacity increases and provide the best possible return for a 20 minute routine.
